Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, opting in to SMS communications, or engaging R&E Services ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided
R&E Services provides construction-related services including but not limited to concrete work, driveways, walkways, patios, slabs, foundations, block walls, demolition, flooring, and related construction services in and around Palmdale, CA and surrounding service areas. The exact scope of work for any project will be defined in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties.

Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided through our website, SMS, phone, email, or in person are non-binding preliminary figures based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection, material availability, ground conditions, and any change orders. A signed contract is required before work commences. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each individual contract. Typically, a deposit is required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as otherwise outlined. Late payments may be subject to a service fee and/or interest as permitted by California law. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of contract.

Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the final price and project timeline.

Warranty
R&E Services warrants its workmanship for a period specified in your individual contract. Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed through to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather events, ground movement, acts of God, or modifications made by others.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, R&E Services' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for: (a) providing accurate property information and clear access to the work site; (b) obtaining necessary HOA, easement, or property owner approvals; (c) marking or disclosing any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden hazards; and (d) ensuring permits are obtained where required (R&E Services can assist with this if agreed in writing).

Permits and Code Compliance
R&E Services performs work in compliance with applicable California state and local building codes. Permit fees, when required, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel a signed contract within three (3) business days of signing pursuant to California's Home Solicitation Sales Act, where applicable. After this period, cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposit or charges for materials ordered, labor performed, and administrative costs incurred.
